Why do I have to register?
Registering allows you to log on more quickly when you want to send us a job.
It also allows to see who has registered to maintain the highest possible security.

How secure are my files?
Confidentiality and security is our top priority. Our artworkers work on a wide range of jobs for
both big and small companies. We operate a strict confidentiality policy and are happy to sign confidentiality agreements if required. Your Username and Password is unique to you to
preserve security.

How can you guarantee deadlines?
We can guarantee to meet deadlines because we have a team working around the clock
to meet them.

How much time do I need to give ?
It's down to you - the more time you give us, the cheaper the job will be.
As this is not always realistic, we will do our upmost to help you out of your war zone.

What range of work does cover?

Why is the Quote page not coming up?
You have to be registered and logged on using your username and password.
If you have forgotten your password then click on "forgotten your password" and fill in the question put to you. A reminder email will be sent to you.

Why do I have to stuff/zip my job folder to upload?
By stuffing/zipping your job folder, this compresses it so taking less time for your job to upload.

How long is my quote valid for?
It is usually 30 days or until you have stated to us when the job is starting.

Can I contact you by phone?
Yes, we're available on 0845 200 2047. 24/7!

What is the minimum or maximum job will consider?
AWOL's minimum charge is based on an hour but there is no maximum job size.

What formats can accept/save jobs in?
Jpeg, tif, gif, eps, pdf, bitmap, png, word/excel files, basically all the major programs used for publishing on Macs.

How much do I pay if I have immediate amends to a job?
Immediate amends are charged out at the Code Red price of �35ph as they are required to be worked on instantly.

How long will it be before I get a price back after submitting the quote form?
You will always get a price within 2 hours.

Do you work over the weekends?
Yes our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding Christmas Day and
New Years Day.

Is it more expensive to have work done over the weekend?
No. We have a simple pricing structure which includes weekends and bank holidays.
The price is only determined on the amount of time you give us to do the job.
